What Is It

A 60-minute working session with your dedicated coach. Bring your work, your blockers, and a draft of what comes next.

WHEN THEY HAPPEN

At five key inflection points: Week 2 (kickoff), Week 6 (post-Mini), Week 12 (post-Mega), Week 15 (pitch practice), and Week 17 (post-program close).

HOW TO USE THEM

Show up with rough work, not polished work. Coaches help most when they can see how you're actually thinking — not after you've cleaned it up.

HOW MANY

5 coaching meetings total: 4 inside the 16-week cohort and 1 final closing session in Week 17 to refine your long-term action plan.
