SUMMER SCHOLARS PROGRAM

APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

The Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation Summer Scholars Program connects Johns Hopkins graduate students and city halls to advance public innovation and grow the next generation of civic leaders.

Through 10-week paid internships, from June to August, students and city hall teams collaborate to drive public innovation efforts that address resident needs and priorities. Project topics range from climate change adaptation, public health, and civic engagement.

Contact the BCPI Academic Practice with questions or for more information.

Summer 2024 applications are open for full time Johns Hopkins graduate students until mid-March. To apply for Summer Scholar placement, please visit the JHU SMILE portal and search for “BCPI”.
