New Case Study Examines the Digital Transformation of Bogotá’s Care Blocks

In our case study, “Public Innovation: Digital Transformation for the Care Blocks in Bogotá,” researchers from the Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation at Johns Hopkins show how Bogotá’s i-team, Laboratorio de Innovación de Bogotá (iBO)’s rigorous innovation methodology not only addressed city challenges but fostered collaborative solutions with caregivers, service providers, and city staff.

To improve access to caregiver support services in the City of Bogotá, iBO applied a resident-centered innovation methodology to engage public servants and caretakers and customize a solution.
