Biography
Amy Miller, Director of Strategy & Operations for the Bloomberg Center for Public Innovation at Johns Hopkins University, brings 15 years of experience creating elegant operational solutions and developing dynamic partnerships to address municipal and community needs. Since joining Johns Hopkins in 2020, Amy has led a number of priority initiatives including the Cities of Service merger, the development of the Bloomberg Cities Hub and Network, and the transition of the Centers for Civic Impact into a new Academic and Cultural Center within the university.
Prior to joining Johns Hopkins, Amy served as the first fundraiser and Director of Strategy and Special Projects for Cities of Service. Previously, she held a series of increasingly senior roles, culminating in Associate Director of Development, at City Parks Foundation, the only city-wide, nonprofit partner of NYC Department of Parks and Recreation. Amy holds a B.A. from Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts at The New School, with a focus in comparative literature and Latin.
