2023 Application

Instructions

Applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 4, 2023. Cities that previously participated in Love Your Block programs are not eligible to apply. “Eligible organizations” refers to U.S. cities that meet the eligibility criteria. 

This application has seven (7) sections. All fields noted with * are required. Once you begin your application, you will be able to save your progress and return to the application at a later time. To review all application questions prior to submitting, please download the Love Your Block Application (Microsoft Word Document). Before submitting your application, please review the Love Your Block Application Guidelines & FAQ (PDF).
